The statue had been made by a local Artisan, Mr Peter Menagazzo, and was commissioned by Reverend Monsignor Mulherin. The statue is a small replica of the statue of Jesus Christ that overlooks Rio de Janeiro Bay in Brazil. -- Water restrictions are still in force in Goulburn, but within 24 hours they are expected to be lifted. -- Once again this weekend the South Coast Rail echoes to a now forgotten sound... that of a vintage steam loco.
