Top honours went to Nowra High School pupil, Angus Bishop. -- A 40-year-old Warilla man was killed overnight when an explosion destroyed his home. -- A local branch was formed in Wollongong last night of the New South Wales Rail Transport Museum. -- Wollongong City Council has provided an additional unit for its free home nursing service. -- Goulburn people have come up with a new way to raise money for church organ restoration. Last weekend a model train exhibition drew large crowds to the St Saviour's Church Hall. -- At sea off Jervis Bay, 50 Royal Australian Navy Recruits have started their theoretical training. The recruits are junior officers and ratings who have done their basic training of six weeks at Flinders Naval Base in Victoria.
