The high school's main hall was crowded with people, as specialists in various career fields spoke to the school. -- The Wollongong branch of The Diabetic Association believes that 1,500 people have diabetes on the South Coast and don't know it. Next Thursday they plan to hold a public meeting in the Corrimal Community Hall to discuss the problem of diabetes in Wollongong. -- Railway Commissioner McCusker took time out today to meet old friends whilst on his official inspection tour of Southern Railways.
